Iraqi minister of health to visit Egypt on Sunday

Iraqi Minister of Health Dr. Medhat Mubarak will visit Egypt on Sunday at the invitation of his Egyptian counterpart, Dr. Ismail Salam.
The Iraqi officials will hold talks tackling medical and health cooperation between the two states, as Egypt helps supply Iraq with needed medicines within a note of understanding between Baghdad and the United Nations.
An Egyptian official source told ArabicNews.com today that the value of the contracts ratified by Egypt with Iraq in the fourth phase of the oil-for-food agreement reached till now $11.7 million distributed among 28 contracts, while the value in the third stage of the understanding note reached $76.9 million within 26 contracts, $56 million in the second stage divided among 18 contracts and $50.3 million in the first stage within 17 contracts.
