Rubin: US watching Iraqi situation closely

US State Department Spokesman James Rubin said the US has "most certainly not taken [the military] option off the table," saying that it's up to the UN Security Council to respond if Iraq ceases all cooperation with UN weapons inspectors, but the US is "watching the situation closely."
