African criminology training in Egypt

21 African countries are participating in the first training course currently underway for four weeks sponsored by Egypt in the field of criminological research within Egyptian - African cooperation.
The secretary general of Egyptian fund for technical cooperation with Africa, Samira Mekdauri, said the course overseen by the fund in cooperation with the police researches center affiliated to the police academy in which 21 trainees representing African security forces from African countries including Eritrea, Zambia, Uganda, Madagascar, Gabon, Rwanda, Libya, Guinea, Namibia, Seychelles, Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Niger, the Central African Republic, Chad, and Mauritius.
The ambassador added that this is the first course to be implemented in a series of sessions during the coming months.
