Egypt to hold meeting with African ambassadors on Wednesday

Ambassador Mohammed Shaeban, Egypt's assistant foreign minister for African affairs, will hold a meeting next Wednesday at the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry with the accredited African ambassadors in Cairo.

He said this meeting will tackle developments in African - Egyptian relations, and exchange opinions on issues relating to the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Guinea-Bissau.

He also said they will discuss methods of activating investment and the commercial relations in light of Egypt joining the COMESA group, adding that he will inform the African ambassadors of activating Egypt Air company for trips and new lines to a number of African destinations starting from the beginning of its winter schedule to enhance relations between Egypt and other African countries.
