Palestinian asked Ireland to open the peace process during Clinton's visit

Palestinian sources confirmed to ArabicNews.com today that "the Palestinian ambassador at Ireland Yousef Alan sent a message to the Irish prime minister Bertie Ahern before the arrival of the American President Bill Clinton to the Irish capital Dublin on last Thursday."
The sources said, "The message asked the Irish prime minister to raise the issue of stumbling the Israeli - Palestinian negotiations with the American president during the visit."
The sources confirmed that, "The Palestinian president informed his ambassador to ask Ireland to call Washington to exert the utmost effort to revive the peace process in the area as well as sending the American Secretary of State Madeleine Albright as soon as possible."
