Moroccan sentenced to 30 years in jail for incest

A Moroccan court sentenced a citizen to 30 years in jail for committing incest with his daughter.

According to "al-Mithaq al-Watani" newspaper, the tribunal of the northern town of Tetouan pronounced the verdict against a 48-year-old father for incest with his 18-year-old daughter.

One of the father's wives reported the crime to police, the source said, MAP reported.

The man was married eight times. He had divorced the mother of the victim and won the custody of their daughter.
