650 thousand Tunisians in Europe.

The number of Tunisians living abroad reached 650,000 citizens by the end of 1997. According to statistics released by the Tunisian Cabinet today, announced by the representative of the Tunisian information bureau in Cairo said that number constitutes 7% of the Tunisian people, nearly 57% of whom live in France.
