Moussa accuses Israel of creating frustration in the Middle East

Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa accused the Israeli government of creating a state of frustration in the Middle East because of its "procrastination policies." He said that Israel's lack of understanding toward the role of third world countries in the peace process kept it away from the Non-Aligned Movement.
Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa statements yesterday were made on the margin of his participation in the meetings of the foreign ministers of the Non-Aligned Movement countries in South Africa.
