Jordanian minister denies knowledge of inviting Syria to joint committee meetings

Jordanian Minister of Information Nasser Joudeh today denied to have known about a Jordanian invitation extended to Syria to attend the meetings of the joint committee between Jordan and Syria. During his meeting today with reporters in Amman he was confined to saying, "I do not have information about that. There may be something of the sort."
He added that revitalizing joint committees between Jordan and the Arab states has been given top priority by his government.
