Iraqi message to Annan

Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Tariq Aziz said in a message directed to United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan and to the Security Council's chairman that UNSCOM is under the control of the U.S.A.
He stated that Baghdad said if the special committee was neutral, the Security Council would have lifted the economic sanctions against Iraq a long time ago.
Iraqi sources in Cairo said today that Aziz added that the International Atomic Energy Agency finished its mission a long time ago and that it is time for the Security Council to lift the sanctions on Iraq.
