Garang's army releases 77 governmental captives

Abdul Rahman Ser El-Khetem, the spokesman of the Sudanese army, announced in a press statement yesterday, "Elements of the Sudanese People's Liberation Army released 77 captives."
El-Khetem added that the captives are mostly soldiers and officials who were released after political, diplomatic, military and humanitarian efforts and that they arrived at Khartoum at the end of this month.
