King Fahd pardons 485 prisoners

The Saudi Press Agency said on Sunday that the Saudi authorities released some 485 prisoners in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia in implementation of a royal pardon issued by King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz. On August 17 and on the occasion of leaving the hospital where he underwent a gall bladder surgery, the King pardoned several prisoners.
