Syria, Saudi Arabia for boosting trade relations

Syrian Prime Minister Mahmoud al-Zoubi on Thursday discussed with Saudi Trade Minister Osama Jafar Faqih trade cooperation between the two states.
Earlier in the day, Syrian Deputy Premier Salim Yassin discussed bilateral cooperation with the Saudi minister, especially in trade and economic areas.
The Syrian deputy premier underlined the importance of boosting trade and industrial relations among Arab states through setting up the major Arab free trade zone and then to combine collective Arab efforts to achieve Arab economic integration and the common Arab market. The Saudi minister is visiting Damascus to attend the opening of the 45th Damascus international Fair.
