Damascus 45th international fair opens today

The 45th Damascus International Fair will open today. Some 33 Arab and Foreign countries are taking part in the fair held under the patronage of Syrian President Hafez al-Assad.
They are: Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Algeria, Yemen, Tunisia, Sudan, Palestine, Iraq, Libya, Jordan, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Cuba, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Eritrea, France, Germany, Greece, India, Iran, Italy, Democratic Korea, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Turkey and the US.
Another 15 countries are represented by companies. They are: Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Japan, Scotland, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Taiwan, the US, Russia and Belarus.
