A message from Gambia's president to ruler of Kuwait

Ruler of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah today received a message from the president of Gambia, delivered by the Gambia's foreign minister during their meeting today in Kuwait.
Earlier in the day Kuwait's crown prince received the visiting foreign minister and his companions.
