Chad President arrives Tripoli by air

Libyan television on Sunday reported that Libyan President Moammar Gaddafi on Saturday received Chad's President Idris Debi, who arrived in Tripoli directly from Njamina. Debi did not elaborate whether he violated the air embargo imposed on Libya or if he had permission from the UN to make this journey.
