Many issues on the agenda of Egyptian diplomacy in the days to come

The coming few days will view intensive activity in Egyptian diplomacy on the international, African and Arab levels.

The Egyptian activity will start with the participation of an Egyptian delegation in the meetings of the Non-Alignment Movement, hosted by South Africa for the first time from August 28 through September 3 in Durban.

Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa will leave at the end of the current month to attend the meetings which are held on the ministerial level.

Diplomatic sources today told ArabicNews.com that Moussa will meet on the margin of the meetings with some of his counterparts from the African and the non-African countries to tackle bilateral relations with these countries.

The diplomatic activity will include presenting the Egyptian points of view toward issues on the agenda, among which are facilitating international trade, globalization, the relations between southern and northern Africa, disarming the weapons of mass destruction, terrorism, and expanding the range of the permanent membership in the United Nations Security Council.
