New Kuwaiti delegate at Arab League: Captives at the top of the agenda

Abdul Al El-Kenai, Kuwait's new delegate to the Arab League, arrived in Cairo yesterday. El-Kenai said that the issue of the Kuwaiti prisoners of war in Iraq tops Kuwait's agenda.
