King Fahd pardons prisoners

King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia who on Monday night checked out of King Faisal specialized hospital, where he had undergone a successful gall blader surgery said in a statement that the King has released a decree pardoning several "public right" prisoners.
