Libya, Benin for boosting bilateral relations

Libyan President Moammar Gaddafi on Thursday received a message from President Mathieu Kerekou of Benin pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries and several issues of mutual concern.
The message was delivered by Benin's President two envoys during their meeting on Thursday in Tripoli with President Gaddafi.
