Egypt sends medical aid to victims of Nairobi explosion

Egypt decided to send an urgent medical commission representing various specialties to Nairobi as a contribution to lifting the suffering caused to the Kenyan people by an explosion near the US embassy.

The medical group, comprised of professors from faculties of medicine in the universities under the chairmanship of Dr. Reda Mostafa, will leave Cairo on Friday for Kenya to perform surgery on Kenyans injured due to the this incident.

Egypt sent medical, food, and humanitarian aid to Kenya and Tanzania immediately after explosions took place near the US embassies in both countries.
