Group claims clashes with Libyan security forces

A Libyan group announced that it launched a series of operations against Libyan security forces. In a statement, the group said that its members implemented a number of military operations during last month.
A statement released by the Islamic Movement "El-Shohadaa" said that one of its groups clashed with Libyan security forces in the Benina region 17 km south east of Banghazi on July 8, which led to the killing of five security forces members.
The statement also said the movement's elements were able to seize a missile and machine guns.
It referred to another clash that took place in El-Salmani district in which one of its members and one of the security forces' members were killed in addition to a third clash in El-Magori district in which one of its fighters was killed.
The movement also announced that a clash took place in Massa municipality, 90 km away from El-Bidaa city, in which 3 of Omar El-Mokhtar group's elements were killed.
