Moussa pays sudden visit to Saudi Arabia

Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa returned to Cairo yesterday evening, after a sudden visit to Saudi Arabia, which lasted for several hours, in which he held discussions with Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal.
The discussions tackled the current Arab position and the crisis in the peace process, the French - Egyptian initiative which is being proposed for rescuing the peace process in light of Israeli rejection of the US initiative, in addition to several other issues of joint interest to the two states.
Moussa traveled to Riyadh yesterday morning, carrying a message from President Mubark to Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz.
During this visit Moussa confirmed the wishes of the Egyptian people and President Mubark for good health to King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz.
After his return, Moussa told reporters that on the margin of his talks, Prince Abdullah reassured him about the king's health, confirming that the latter is in a very good state.
