Libyan-Chinese relations

Omar al-Muntasir, the Libyan secretary of the people's foreign relations committee on Monday received a message from the Chinese foreign minister
stressing the firm relations between them and the desire to strengthen these relations.
The message was delivered by the Chinese ambassador in Tripoli.
