Iranian movies in the international Cairo cinema festival

The administration of the 22nd session of the International Cairo Cinema Festival which will be hold in November is studying setting up a week for the Iranian cinema as well as permitting Iranian movies to participate in the festival's official competition for the for the first time in 19 years when the diplomatic relationship between Tehran and Cairo disintegrate after the Islamic revolution in Iran.
Actor Hussein Fahmy the head of this session, the successor of the late writer Saad El-Din Wahba is writing for the approval of Egyptian government on this Iranian participation, that Wahba was refusing in adherence on his relationships with the official bodies.
