EU donates $42 million to Lebanon

The European Union (EU) agreed on Tuesday to extend $42 million to Lebanon to enable the country to modernize its administrative structures.
The agreement was signed by Lebanese Minister of Administrative Affairs Besharah Merhej and the EU official in charge of Mediterranean policy, Manuel Gonzalez.
