Russian foreign minister to the area next month

Palestinian sources told ArabicNews.com that Russian Foreign Minister Yevgeni Primakov will conduct a regional tour at the beginning of September that will include Egypt, Israel, Jordan and Syria, aimed at pushing forward the peace process after the failure of the US initiative.
The sources said that Russia informed Palestine that it will play a full role in the peace process as an official partner and that it is not satisfied by the commitments made by the Israelis.
