Soaring temperature kills several persons in southern Morocco

Several persons, particularly women and children, were killed by a suffocating heat that soared lately in the Moroccan southern area of Tata.
"Al Mitaq Al-Watani" daily newspaper which reported the news did not give the exact number of persons killed. The daily indicated that the town of Tata has not witnessed such high temperatures for many years.
