Obstacles placed in AL chief path to Libya

Arab League Secretary-General Esmat Abdul Meguid is scheduled to visit Libya on Sunday and submitted a request for permission to fly by plane in the first trip of its kind since the US administration and Britain announced last week that they will accept Arab proposals to try the two Libyan suspects in The Hague.
