Sound Management Pact for administration submitted to Cabinet council

A "sound management pact" for administration meant to promote a new culture in the Moroccan administration in matters of organization and ethics was submitted to the Moroccan Cabinet council on Tuesday.
Government spokesman Khalid Alioua announced following a meeting of the government council, that the minister of public service and administrative reform, Aziz El Hussein, briefed the government on the principles of this pact which aims at ending past practices and excessive red tape in the Moroccan administration.
The goal of this pact is to secure a rational management of administration and bring it closer to requirements of development and to the citizens' needs, Alioua said.
