Syrian Vice- President, Premier confer with Sudanese FM

Syrian Vice -President Abdul Halim Khaddam on Tuesday received Sudanese Foreign Minister Mustafa Othman Ismael. Talks dealt with the situation in the Horn of Africa and the Arab situation., the best means to support the Arab position against Israeli intransigence, and bilateral relations.
Later in the day Syrian Premier Mahmoud al-Zou'bi discussed with the Sudanese minister economic cooperation relations which exist between the two countries and means of boosting them.
