EU envoy for Syrian sovereignty over the Golan

The European Union Middle East peace process special envoy Miguel Angel Moratinos today stressed the need for restoring Syrian sovereignty over the Golan to achieve comprehensive peace in the region.
In statements quoted by Orient radio Moratinos noted the joint US and European role currently exerted to salvage the Middle East peace process from its current impasse.
