Butler: Iraq refuses to hand document over

UNSCOM chief Richard Butler informed the UN Security Council that on July 18, Iraq refused to allow weapons inspectors access to a document related to weapons that could deliver chemical or biological weapons. The document will be held by the Iraqi National Monitoring Directorate until Butler's visit on August 2-5, when Butler and Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Tariq Aziz will review the document.
