SLA member killed, 10 anti-personnel mines detonated

Lebanese security sources said that Israeli artillery shelled on Tuesday morning Wadi al-Kafour area with 155 mm shells.
The shelling was accompanied with sorties by the Israeli warplanes in south Lebanon airspace, making provocative mock raids over al-Nabatieh and al-Tuffah districts.
On Monday night and Tuesday morning Israeli troops pounded with artillery several areas in the central and western sector of south Lebanon. Lebanese security sources said the enemy shelling was accompanied with intensive sorties by Israeli jets and helicopters over several areas in south Lebanon.
Lebanese resistance forces attacked Hadatha position when the Israeli forces were making fortifications inside the position. Direct hits were scored. On Monday night the resistance forces targeted enemy moves in Hadatha position, scoring direct hits.
Meanwhile, people coming from the occupied part of south Lebanon said that more than 10 anti-personnel mines were detonated on Monday on the Lebanese - Israeli border near the Lebanese town of Yarin. The explosions resulted in fire breaking out in some 40 dunhams of olive, wheat and tobacco fields.
Moreover, a roadside bomb exploded in south Lebanon on Tuesday killing a member of the Israeli-allied South Lebanon Army, and two others were reported to be wounded. The three were on patrol in an armored personnel carrier in Toumat Niha. Lebanese resistance forces claimed responsibility for the attack.
