Iran for boosting relations with Kuwait

Iranian President Muhammad Khatami has expressed satisfaction over the relations between Iran and Kuwait and called upon the countries of the region to take practical steps to strengthen bilateral cooperation in all fields.
Upon meeting with the Kuwaiti ambassador in Tehran on Saturday on the occasion of ending the ambassador's term of office in Iran, Khatami added that all moral and material elements are available to secure the welfare of the peoples of the region. He said it is only needed to take measures to strengthen rapprochement among the region's peoples.
