Egypt approves cease-fire in south Sudan.

Commenting on the Sudanese on cease-fire agreement. An Egyptian spokesman in the foreign ministry said that within the context of Egypt's permanent concern with the unification of Sudan, achieving security, stability and end the suffering, Egypt welcomes the agreement and hope that this positive step would be followed by other serious steps toward achieving comprehensive peace which will maintain Sudan's independence, sovereignty, unification and the prosperity of his people.
