Syria, Holland sign environment accord

Syria and Holland on Wednesday signed a cooperation agreement on population, health and the environment. The agreement provides for carrying out an environmental project (the Syrian health map) financed by Holland. It aims at specifying pollution sources and setting up a map showing the sites where people are exposed to dangers from pollution, so as to develop a solution and find the best ways of protecting people's health and the environment alike.
