Libya, Chad sign oil accord

Chad and Libya have reached an agreement pertaining to oil exploration and other services in the oil sector.
Chad's foreign minister was quoted as saying in a statement issued on Tuesday that the document initially signed by the authorities of Libya and Chad in Njamina pertains to oil exploration, relevant oil services and importation and exportation of hydrocarbons in Chad. Chad's Foreign Minister Muhammad Saleh Anadif said signing these agreements would help further progress between Chad and Libya.
