Israeli official to explain to Paris stand towards negotiations with Syria

The Israeli radio said today that the political advisor of the Israeli prime minister, Auzi Arad, will discuss today in Paris with French officials several topics. The visit is on the eve of President Assad's visit to France. The radio added Arad will explain to the French side Israel's stand towards resuming negotiations with Syria and details on the Israeli initiative concerning conditional withdrawal from South Lebanon.
