Lebanon to work to free all its prisoners in Israeli jails

Lebanese President Elias Hrawi today received Egyptian ambassador to Lebanon Adel al-Khudari. Talks dealt with bilateral relations and the stumbled Middle East peace process.

Meanwhile, Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri stressed today that his country will spare no effort to win the release of all Lebanese detainees and prisoners of war held in Israeli jails. Upon meeting with a delegation of released prisoners who are taking part in the Arab and international symposium held in Beirut on the occasion of the Lebanese war prisoner day, Hariri added that his government will take concrete steps to ensure good care and living conditions for the freed prisoners.
