Rahim: US won't change redeployment proposal

The Palestinian presidency's secretary-general, Tayeb Abdel Rahim, said that Yasser Arafat had received phone calls from US Secretary of State Albright saying that the US proposal of a 13% Israeli redeployment from the West Bank will not be amended, Nando Times reported.
