Syrian President cables regret for Gaddafi's broken hip

The Libyan Official News Agency JANA reported on Wednesday that Moammar Gaddafi has resumed his duties after he underwent an operation to repair a broken hip.
In a report from the capital Tripoli, JANA added that Gaddafi is now in good condition, adding that he resumed carrying out his routine duties as of Wednesday.
