King Hussein to visit France

King Hussein of Jordan will visit France on July 21. The visit is at the invitation of French President Jacques Chirac.
Jordanian ambassador in Paris Adnan al-Tahouni said in telephone statements to Jordanian daily al-Arab al-Youm that King Hussein's talks with the French leadership will deal in particular with the Middle East peace process.
The Jordanian ambassador underlined France's key role in the Middle East peace in complementing the US role. He noted France's understanding of the Arab position towards the situation of the Middle East peace process.
