Moroccan and South African firms win Hassan II invention prize

South African firm "Q. Industries" and Moroccan "Chapem" won the Hassan II Invention Grand Prix.
The prize was extended to the two firms on the occasion of the 4th Moroccan Invention Fair, currently held in Casablanca by the "Maroc de l'Invention" Association.
The Moroccan firm won its award prized for an innovation in processing water polluted by activated oil shales, Map reported.
The event is attended by 460 participants from 30 countries who are exhibiting their creations in the fields of energy, environmental protection, medicine, agriculture, education methods, transportation, construction, electronics, mechanics, sports and leisure and others.
