Sarajevo asks Islamic countries for economic support

Sarajevo's expounder Hussein Samayitsh, who is heading Bosnia's delegation to the 10th conference of the Higher Council for Islamic Affairs currently underway in Cairo, urged the Islamic countries to establish projects in Bosnia to help its economy which was destroyed in the war with Serbia, adding that one problem currently facing Bosnia is the emigration of many citizens who are looking for better work opportunities and economic situations.
Samayitsh said Al-Azhar in Cairo and some Islamic organizations and countries stood by Bosnia to overcome problems caused by the war through political support and aid.
