Jordanian foreign minister: Relations with Israel are semi-halted
Jordan, Politics, 7/3/1998
In press statements, Jordanian Foreign Minister Jawad al-Anani said yesterday that relations between Jordan and Israel are semi-halted, and placed the responsibility for this halt on Israel. He said that the Israeli-Jordanian relations are reduced to the minimum of coordination.
Then the Jordanian minister renewed his confirmation that his country refuses Israel's decision to expand the borders of Jerusalem, saying the plan is illegal and unacceptable, as it is a unilateral step.
