Message from Ugandan president to Gaddafi

Libyan President Col. Moammar Gaddafi today received a message from President of Uganda, Yoweri Mouseveni, on means of supporting relations and cooperation between Libya and Uganda, as well as on African and international issues of mutual concern.
The message was delivered by Uganda's ambassador to Libya, William Hakiza, during his meeting with the secretary of the Libyan people's foreign committee, Omar al-Muntasir, in Tripoli.
