Israel refuses to allow Qaddoumi into Palestinian territories

The Israeli authorities on Friday refused to allow the chairman of the PLO political department, Farouk Qaddoumi, to enter the Palestinian self-rule territories. Al-Qaddoumi opposes the Oslo agreements between Israel and the Palestinian government, Israeli radio said.
