The foreign ministers of Gulf Cooperation Council countries will hold their 67th session in Riyadh on Sunday, headed by Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jabir, the head of the current session of the council and the Kuwaiti deputy prime minister and foreign minister.
Diplomatic sources said today that this session will tackle several political and economic issues, especially the current deterioration in the price of petroleum in the world markets, which directly affects the oil-producing countries.
The GCC foreign ministers will discuss the issues of increasing employment of nationals in the labor market and easing travel between GCC states, in addition to methods of enhancing cooperation in military, security, judicial and agricultural fields.
