World Bank to lend Algeria $150 million for housing project

The World Bank has agreed to lend Algeria $150 million for the construction of housing units for the benefit of low-income families, Algerian radio reported on Friday. The loan will be paid back in 15 years. The Algerian government will contribute $66.2 million to the project, Map quoted the radio report as saying.
